Purchasing Power

SDCCEA members have exclusive access to a program called Purchasing Power. This program is an alternative way to buy brand-name computers, electronics and home appliances by using payroll deductions instead of traditional financing.

To qualify, you must be an SDCCEA member. You must also be a Court Employee for a minimum of 9 months, work at least part-time (not hourly), be 18 years or older and have a bank account. Purchasing Power does not base qualifications on a credit score, so you can qualify even if you have had difficulty in the past. There are also no hidden fees or financing charges and you will know exactly what you will be paying over a one year period.

Purchasing Power is not a discount program and you may find lower prices at a retail store if you opt to pay cash. The program is specifically designed for people who want to avoid financing their purchase(s), while also being able to use a payroll deduction.

To access this benefit go to www.sdccea.purchasingpower.com or call (800) 537-3134.

Purchasing Power is only available to SDCCEA members. If you are currently an agency fee payer and would like to become a full member, you can receive an application by calling (858) 565-2232. You can also become a member on our website by clicking here.
